I think you should consider the soups but avoid the noodles
Used to come here all the time, like it was my favorite pho place. The quality has gotten worse and the broth just doesn't taste as good as it used to! Servers can be very rude at times too. Our order came out wrong and one of the crazy guy servers that's always working yelled at us because he messed up our order... not professional at all to yell at someone and tell us what we ordered when we know what we ordered because we come there so often. No longer will go there, sticking to cafe saigon in buford.
I have had 2 separate pick up orders, and 1 eat in at table. The table service is fast & very efficient with welcoming attitude. Dining room is Clean, the beautiful chandelier is sparkling, air has no off putting odors from kitchen. Interior has plenty of tables and chairs, lights are bright. There are high chairs, wheelchair parking & seating, all parking is free & available. I love the menu it gives the basic English description of all choices on menus, which helps me decide my choice. This restaurant is in a small strip shopping center, in the Corner. Well lit sign is seen from the road. I recommend this Restaurant, plus prices are very reasonable & portions are ample.Atmosphere is casual & family friendly & a fast kitchen executionOf cooking your order, & delivered to table by 3 wait staff in perfect harmony for your enjoyment of their service. Awesome, do try it..
Our go-to restaurant for awesome Pho, Vietnamese style. Never disappointed. We get #22 chicken broth with chicken white meat. Great add on peppers, bay leaves and sprouts.
We travel with work and go out to many restaurants and this by far is the best, the pho was spot on and the coconut chicken is the Best Ever, I can't find any other restaurants that have it!!!
Went here with my brother for my birthday (9/5/19) and it was so DELICIOUS!! I can still remember the amazing food (can't remember what I had but it was good!) Would definitely recommend!😁
Delicious! A friend and I both came down with a cold and needed pho and broth. My friend chose this place- great choice. The place is busy but we sat down instantly. Got helped quickly. Love the food, great condiments on the side as well. Will come back again.
This third date location will always have a special place in my heart...The menu includes everything from a bowl of pho the size of your face (#1), grilled pork rice plates, crunchy ASMR-material imperial rolls, flavor-packed bun rieu, and so much more. I could be craving hot pho all day, only to go inside and change my mind to a special combo rice plate because the grilled meat just looked a little too juicy to ignore. Just relax and wait for the homey food that awaits you.
The broth is magical. Easily the best that I know of. Service is sweet but not doting. Highly recommended. The small strip mall looks a bit rough but don’t worry, the restaurant is extremely clean.
Hair in rice and no apologies. Horrible service, extremely unhygienic and below mediocre food. The guy was a racist. When asked if he could suggest a flavorful and spicy food, he said rudely "Vietnamese food is not spicy". I reported to the waiter immediately after I spotted hair in the rice n his reaction was to take the plate and throw away the food. On asking what happened, the response was : so what! you had already eaten a lot of it. Not apologetic about their own lack of hygiene and blame the customer for their mistake. If one can be so indifferent to bad hygene, I would think before eating at such a place. If you care for your health, please don't go there and if you want to be racially profiled, there is no better place to visit.
I’m giving this a 3 stars for the pho only. 5 stars for the service. Didn’t tried anything else, so can’t rate more.
This place is awesome. They fit right in at Buford hwy with the authentic asian feel. We had the spring rolls with BBQ pork, pho with rib eye & flank & a vermicelli with BBQ pork and egg roll & everything was awesome. They give you a ton when each entree is less than $10. Definitely worth a try!
Service was fast and the food was good.I got the Pho tai and my bf got the hot pot. They were a good size, had good flavor and were a good price. Would definitely recommend and return.
Really good foods and good service, you will definitely fill your stomach with happiness !!!
An average place for Vietnamese Noodle Soup. I had the #5 Mixed Beef noodle soup with cabbage, Bean sprouts and Jasmine Tea. Authentic flavors are missing which gives the food a bland taste. Portions are good, the Fried egg rolls were good.
Excellent PHO and excellent Fried Rice! We were a little late for lunch bu we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The manager made sure we were taken care of quickly, then proceeded to walk around the restaurant singing some sort of weird asian song, which lent a weird feel of authenticity to the whole experience. The servings here are fresh and huge.
The broth for their Pho is one of the best in the Atlanta area. If you enjoy spice I recommend putting one or two of the small pepper flake spice containers into the broth for extra flavor.
I love their Pho!! It is the best in the city! They always bring me fish sauce and have the hot chili flake sauce and Sriracha! So good!!
This place has never failed me, I have been coming here forever sporadically and after quite a few years they still are awesome. Today I got the chicken pho, what I like is that you can customize, so I got chicken breast. Just what I needed. This is and always will be my first choice for pho!!!
I've been to several Vietnamese restaurants in Atlanta, and Pho Dai Loi has a different flavor than any other restaurants. Its soup has the richest tastes which some might like and some doesn't.The rolls are really light in flavor which I suggest to order as an appetizer.Service is quick and nice, the dining environment is fine. It's a good place to have dinner with family and friends, but don't come here for a date unless you're girlfriend likes pho.
Best Vietnamese food in Georgia. I lived in Vietnam for a couple years and this is the closest I’ve had to the real thing. Would highly recommend the Pho and Rice Vermicelli, absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be returning and bring more people to experience this amazing restaurant.
Super authentic Vietnamese food. The bun with lemongrass chicken is amazing. Pho is some of the best you can get in Atlanta. Large dining room and quick service. Prices are great as well. This place is a must try!
Delicious, fast, high quality
I have tried many of the Pho restaurants in the area. I keep coming back to Pho Dai Loi 2. The service is always good. The food is good. The portions are large. And the prices are excellent.
Really good! We waited in line for about 10 min, we ordered pho, vermicelli and tofu soup. Everything was delicious and super quick. great option for when we visit museums and then want a good lunch that is not expensive.
Great variety. Good price. You get alot of food than what you're expecting. A kind of come in eat and leave feel.
This place is a no nonsense Pho' house. Lots of opportunities to customize your bowl right off the menu. Portions are generous, hot and satisfying. We had a spring roll appetizer. The dipping sauce was traditional peanut and the rolls were fat, fresh and more filling than I needed. Pho' is delivered hot with all the usual greenery (sprouts, basil, peppers, lime etc.) The staff places your ticket down alone with the soup and you are welcome to linger as long as you like. The iced coffee was a good compiment to the Pho'. It was strong and sweet.Great place to get a bowl of comfort food is you are in the area. It doesn't look like much from the outside and the inside is not much more fancy. This is our go to place for Pho'
Pho was good. Service was fast but server was a bit rude and hasty and kept forgetting the other person in our party. Parking lot was very small.
My favorite place for pho on Buford!
If I could give 10 stars I would. This is one of the best Vietnamese places in Atlanta. Just try it because everything is good. I’m posting these pics of the menu because I always forget the names of the dishes.
Quick, budget friendly, quality food. The service is speedy, not great. The cleanliness may not be ideal. However, the quality of the food and fruit blended drinks are delightful! One of the 3 MetroAtlanta Vietnamese restaurants we go to for comfort food. The portion sizes are average.
Wow, what a fantastic restaurant! Addictive, really. The few appetizers I've tried were also just delicious. Their Imperial rolls are some of the best in the city, period. And everything from their grill will guaranteed be good, as they grill masters! Here's a family neighborhood restaurant that pridefully does it right. Day in and day out, they deliver quality food at a great price every time. Try this place!!!
Great food. The Bun Bo Hue is as good as the one we had in Vietnam.
It was a cold Saturday afternoon when we went to Pho Dai Lou 2. It was busy but we were able to be seated right away. We ordered Pho and some spring rolls. The Pho came out in about 10mins or so and it was one of the best in Atlanta. The broth is really flavorful and fresh. The chicken was nice and tender. It’s probably the best Pho in Atlanta. I would definitely come back.
Excellent! This place has been cranking out great Vietnamese food for years. I love the flavors. They have the best pho in ATL. The service is quick and very pleasant. You have to try it.
Ordered large bowl of Beef Pho to split between the two of us. It came out quickly and hot. The broth was deep and flavorful and the meat was sliced thin and tender. Iced Vietnamese Coffee with condensed milk was good too. It brews at the table and you poir it over ice. One of the workers kindly explained it to me.
From out of town and stopped by to have some Vietnamese food. My Bun Bo Hue was spicy but it was good. Definitely will come back when I’m in town.
Small bowl of #5 has less noodles (perfect for me) but they did not skimp on the meats. Soup base is good and veggie toppings are fresh! A good bowl of pho
Really good! We waited in line for about 10 min, we ordered pho, vermicelli and tofu soup. Everything was delicious and super quick. great option for when we visit museums and then want a good lunch that is not expensive.
Pho Dai Lao is my go to Vientamese food. Service is your typical Asian type service, but food is always delicious! I normally go to the location im Duluth but my work is close by to this location. Same delicious quality food. I tried their desserts, 3 bean dessert drink which was a very interesting texture. Nutty due to the beans being crushed was ok but there was jelly-like inside the drink which, to me, was too much for the drink, texture wise. Otherwise, I think older people woyld enjoy the flavor of the drink. The Thai dessert drink my coworker ordered was better to me. Recommend people to try the Pho Ba Kha if you like American Beef stew. Something different than vietnamese famous Pho
Went here for the first time tonight due to the amazing reviews. The food was okay, the service was just straight up rude (especially the cashier who didn’t say a single word to us! Not even thank you!) To accompany the bad service, we saw a huge RAT running along the decorated ceiling. It was a full grown RAT! Totally grossed out.
I love this place!!!! I think it may be my favorite restaurant. Prices are reasonable, the staff is super friendly and more importantly the food is DELICIOUS. Approved!!
Simply put, this is my favorite pho in town. Prices are reasonable, serving sizes are large, and the overall flavor of their dishes is exceptional.
Always the best around. The pho can't be beat although in my last visit the portion of accompanying side veggies and herbs was noticeably smaller. It seems that in the past each person got their own side where this time one was brought for three to share. They did bring more of the items we requested without a problem. The portions and values are amazing also. A medium bowl would easily fill most people and is only around $10.
Very very good pho. Other dishes are just okay.
It was my son's birthday 🎂 and He wanted Pho So We surprised him to enjoy himself I'm glad that he enjoyed his food that's what mattered the most But for me it was the Worse food ever I wanted egg rolls so bad 👎 and this what I got the rice 🍚 was nasty I was so petty I counted the number of shrimps 🍤 it was 7 with all that rice I didn't even eat my dinner
The restaurant was open on Christmas Day making it a bustling place when we visited at 1 pm. All of the meals that we ordered were delicious and authentic, especially the Pho, with one of the best broth that I have ever found in the U.S., fresh sliced beef, and lots of spring onion and white onion. The vermicelli with sauté beef served with fish sauce and vegetable was also tasty and quite remarkable. It was without a doubt why this is one of the most popular Vietnamese restaurants and why it has not only one but three locations in Atlanta.
Pretty delicious broth. Better then other Pho restaurants. Don't feel uncomfortable, you won't feel like an outsider.
High quality food and delicious with reasonable price
I love this place!!!! I think it may be my favorite restaurant atm. Prices are reasonable, the staff is super friendly and more importantly the food is DELICIOUS! would recommend 👍
